Авторы  представили программу повышения профессионально ориентированной мотивации изучения иностранного языка в неязыковом вузе. В качестве одной из целей программы выступило формирование профессионально-ориентированной мотивации с учетом гендерной дифференциации. Было установлено, что сложности с формированием профессионально-ориентированной мотивации в техническом вузе, существование комплекса причин демотивации обучающихся могут быть результатом фокуса на традиционных образовательных подходах с доминированием грамматико-переводного метода обучения иностранному языку. Созданная авторами психолого-педагогическая программа включает в себя интересные проблемные задания на основе лингвострановедческого материала, а также ролевую игру профессионального характера, предоставляющую студентам, как юношам, так и девушкам, возможность попробовать себя в роли профессионалов. По итогам апробации программы, авторы отмечают значительное снижение у студентов обоего пола стрессоров и тревожности в процессе обучения иностранному языку, а также значительное увеличение мотивации достижения успеха, что способствует повышению профессионально-ориентированной мотивации изучения иностранного языка у студентов технического вуза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this article, the authors, having analyzed some of the features and difficulties associated with the professional orientation of teaching a foreign language, the authors came to the conclusion that it is necessary to develop a special psychological and pedagogical program. The authors presented a program to improve professionally oriented motivation for learning a foreign language in a non-linguistic university. One of the goals of the program was the formation of professionally-oriented motivation taking into account gender differentiation. It was found that difficulties with the formation of professionally-oriented motivation in a technical university, the existence of a complex of reasons for the demotivation of students may be the result of a focus on traditional educational approaches with the dominance of the grammatical-translation method of teaching a foreign language. The psychological and pedagogical program created by the authors includes interesting problematic tasks based on linguistic and cultural material, as well as a professional role-playing game that provides students, both boys and girls, the opportunity to try themselves as professionals.
