При совершенствовании юридической коммуникации важно в первую очередь выявить психолингвистические особенности юридической лексики и принять во внимание такие явления, как восприятие и когнитивная модификация терминов. Также важно не упускать из виду психолингвистические особенности (например, семантический анализ, ассоциативное поле, языковые стереотипы), чтобы «сохранить принцип понятности». Подводя итог, следует отметить, что крайне важно выявить и объяснить психолингвистические характеристики юридических терминов, а также выявить влияние юридической лексики на особенности выражения и понимания правовых норм (например, расширение концептуальных границ, семантическая активация).
When improving legal communication, it is important to identify the psycholinguistic features of legal vocabulary and take into account such phenomena as perception and cognitive modification of terms. It is also important not to lose sight of psycholinguistic features (e.g. semantic analysis, associative field, language stereotypes) in order to "preserve the principle of comprehensibility". To summarize, it should be noted that it is extremely important to identify and explain the psycholinguistic characteristics of legal terms, as well as to identify the influence of legal vocabulary on the features of expression and understanding of legal norms (e.g. expansion of conceptual boundaries, semantic activation).
