Стажировка педагогических работников: организационно-методическое содержание и синергетический потенциал для профессионального развития
Abstract
Статья посвящена исследованию роли стажировки как эффективного инструмента профессионального развития педагогических работников в условиях современных вызовов образования. В работе рассматриваются ключевые проблемы современного образования, такие как отсутствие системного подхода к методическому сопровождению педагогов и необходимость адаптации к технологическим изменениям. Особое внимание уделяется стажировке как форме дополнительного образования, позволяющей педагогам приобретать практические навыки и повышать профессиональную компетентность.
