- Page size: A4, portrait orientation.
- Font size 12, Times New Roman.
- Line spacing: 1.15.
- Margins: left – 2 cm, right – 2 cm, top – 2 cm, bottom – 2 cm.
- Paragraph indentation: 1.25 cm
- The recommended volume of the article is from 0.5 to 1 pp (8-16 pages).
The tables should be prepared using standard MS Office tools. The lettering “Table 1” is formatted right-align (font size 11).
The table heading is align-centered in semi-bold type (font size 11). The vertical (portrait) orientation of the table is recommended. The maximum width of the table is 13 cm. All the tables should be referenced in the text (Table 1).
Drawings (diagrams, illustrations, photos, diagrams, graphs) are allowed in both raster and vector format. The minimum resolution is 300 dpi. Each graphic image should represent a single object. Text labels under the drawing should not be part of the drawing. Drawings should admit a possibility to be edited and resized. All figures should be referenced in the text (Fig.1). The maximum (admitted) figure width is 13 cm. The caption (label) width corresponds to the figure width.
Formulas are typed in Microsoft Equation 3.0, Math Type 6 or the Microsoft Word Formula Constructor. The symbols font included in the formulas is a combination of Symbol and Times New Roman. It is not allowed to save formulas as a drawing. The formulas referenced in the text of the article are numbered. If a formula appears in the text as a separate line, it should be centered and, if necessary, sequentially numbered with Arabic numerals in parentheses (1). The font and spelling of the text in the formulas should match the font of the main text.
The list of references is drawn up in accordance with GOST R 7.0.100– 2018 (Russian Bibliographic Standard). Besides:
- the sources in the reference list are numbered and arranged in the order of their mention in the text;
- the references to all the literature sources in the text of the article are mandatory (with an indication of the source number in the reference list in square brackets);
- the estimated number of links is 10– 20;
- the number of references to one’s articles (self–citation) – no more than 20-25% of the total number of references;
- the number of references to the articles published (over the past 5 years) in the peer–reviewed scientific journals indexed in RSCI, SCOPUS, and WoS is at least 25%.
It is undesirable to include anonymous sources and statutory documents (resolutions, laws, instructions, etc.) in the reference lists that will not be indexed in the citation databases; it is preferably to quote them in the text or in the intra-text footnotes directly. It is not recommended to use textbooks in the reference lists.
В In the References (reference list in English) for the Russian-language publications, it is necessary to indicate:
- Full name (Surname, first name and patronymic) of the authors in Latin (transliteration);
- publication title (transliteration);
- translation of the publication title into English;
- publication name in English (transliteration if there is no information about the use of the English-language title by the edition);
- publication imprint with the designation in English (year, volume, page number “from-to”)
- indication of the publication language if it is presented in Russian (In Russ.);
