Экологическая безопасность
The article discusses the key responsibilities of the head of the enterprise to ensure safe working conditions, employee health protection and key concepts of environmental safety. Techniques for identifying hazards of activity and effective methods for assessing occupational risks are presented. The role of the employee in the effective functioning of the occupational safety management system and occupational risk management, in particular, the prevention of injuries and the prevention of occupational diseases of employees themselves, as well as the role in the environmental management system and ensuring the favorable functioning of environmental systems at production facilities, is noted.
The paper proposes to integrate artificial intelligence into the marine ecosystem monitoring model to assess the impact of oil discharges on the water resources of the Russian Federation. The methodology is aimed at improving the accuracy of research, preventing environmental crises and simplifying the processes of data collection and analysis using machine learning methods. Continuous evaluation and updating of data contribute to the effective application and integration of information for the rapid response of relevant authorities to crisis situations in the marine ecosystem. Such a proposal is promising in the future, affects the latest technologies and various areas of interaction such as programming, planning, the technical potential of the State, legislative regulation at various levels of government, will expand jobs, minimize the human factor, and the costs associated with eliminating the consequences of oil pollution of the aquatic environment.
Психология. Педагогика
In this article, the authors, having analyzed some of the features and difficulties associated with the professional orientation of teaching a foreign language, the authors came to the conclusion that it is necessary to develop a special psychological and pedagogical program. The authors presented a program to improve professionally oriented motivation for learning a foreign language in a non-linguistic university. One of the goals of the program was the formation of professionally-oriented motivation taking into account gender differentiation. It was found that difficulties with the formation of professionally-oriented motivation in a technical university, the existence of a complex of reasons for the demotivation of students may be the result of a focus on traditional educational approaches with the dominance of the grammatical-translation method of teaching a foreign language. The psychological and pedagogical program created by the authors includes interesting problematic tasks based on linguistic and cultural material, as well as a professional role-playing game that provides students, both boys and girls, the opportunity to try themselves as professionals. According to the results of the program aprobation, the authors note a significant decrease in stressors and anxiety among students of both genders in the process of learning a foreign language, as well as a significant increase in motivation to achieve success, which contributes to an increase in professionally-oriented motivation for learning a foreign language among students of a technical university.
Today's graduate is required possession of professional knowledge and skills, the ability to use them in solving production tasks, the ability to take responsibility for their actions in real production conditions. Using the example of a comprehensive study of one of the most commonly used elements in radioelectronic systems, the methodology for the formation of professional competencies among students of the specialty 05.25.03 Technical operation of transport radio equipment is considered. The teaching methodology is based on an integrated approach, including: theoretical study of radioelectronic devices; computer modeling of the devices under study; full-scale experiment studies using laboratory stands; final interview on the studied material, including computer testing. A modern radio engineer can use a wide range of information technologies in the study of electronic equipment. Therefore, in the educational process, considerable attention is paid to the principles of studying objects of professional activity using modern information technologies, consolidating the results of computer research of object models on laboratory equipment assembled on real radio-electronic devices.
The considered methodology for the formation of professional competencies to form a student's to form knowledge, skills and abilities in working with objects of professional activity.
The rapid development of science and technology requires education to constantly update and adapt to new challenges. In this context, establishing close links between school and higher education becomes an essential factor for progress. In the modern world, chemistry plays a key role in various fields, from pharmaceuticals to energy. Therefore, obtaining professional education in this area is becoming increasingly important. However, at present, the number of people taking exams in chemistry has dropped significantly; through network training and the creation of specialized classes at universities, it is possible to improve the quality of education in schools with low results in chemistry, with a lack of material and technical base in schools for conducting laboratory workshops. Classes in university laboratories optimize the result: students will gain personal experience and apply their knowledge in practice, learn to work with chemicals, use analytical methods and conduct experiments. The article shows the main advantages and challenges that arise in cooperation between two educational institutions, and analyzes successful examples of cooperation in the implementation of a strategic partnership “School – University”.

The article presents a historical approach to the definition of the essence of transport. It is shown that from the very beginning, man created transport as a system consisting of an object of management – a vehicle (TS), a subject of management – a manager-a transport worker (UT) and a complex of vehicle maintenance facilities – production, repair of vehicles, and unloading facilities. Since its inception, transport as a system has been oriented towards a certain environment of activity. With human development, the requirements for transport have also changed – in ad-dition to transportation, transport has information and system-forming functions. The information function is particularly significant during the period of great geographical discoveries. The growing demand for information has led to the emergence of electronic transport, which ensures the transmission of electricity and information over long distances. The development of trade relations between countries and continents led to the emergence of a system–forming function - economic, political, and military alliances appeared up to the formation of empires. The development of transport took on more and more new forms, along with mobile vehicles, stationary ones also appeared. In determining the essence of transport, the author's point of view is presented on the interpretation of transport as a branch of material production, the service sector and as a branch of the economy and social sphere. The current state of transport as a system is considered, and recommendations are presented to improve the satisfaction of the needs of the national economy and the social sphere in transport activities.
The article examines the processes of model formation in the interaction of cleaner and pollutant molecules using the example of hydrogen sulfide and asparagine, and emphasizes the importance of computer modeling in the development of effective cleaning methods. The study is aimed at the molecular interaction between asparagine and hydrogen sulfide, conducted using the semi-empirical PM3 method. The aim of the study was to identify active atoms in the structure of asparagine, with which hydrogen sulfide molecules can interact, leading to the formation of compounds with sufficient strength. The research was carried out using quantum chemical calculations of energy-optimized structures of individual molecules and their interactions. The search for the minimum total energy was carried out for all independent geometric parameters in the process of complete optimization of the geometry of the molecule. The results of calculations of the main charge, energy and geometric parameters are presented. The scheme of the active atoms of the asparagine molecule in relation to hydrogen sulfide, obtained on the basis of quantum chemical studies, is presented. The rules used made it possible to identify real-life adsorption complexes among the many simulated ones. The findings provide new perspectives for understanding the implications of this interaction in the context of medical and environmental research.
